Hi, I am a Singaporean and my husband is a Malaysian with property at Malaysia. We will be disposing the property at Malaysia within 6 months of purchasing our resale HDB. Could I check if we are still able to apply for the housing grant?

Hi

You will be eligible for housing grant for yourself. You may text 9620 0827  for assistance in buying a resale flat. We have assisted SC/SPR in their resale flat purchase.

Hi Madam,

I regret to inform you that you will not be eligible for CPF Housing Grant as your husband owns a private property.

You may however qualify for Proximity Housing Grant if you meet the criteria.
